You can request permanent deletion of your Billion Markets account from this page. This process is designed for Play Store and App Store account-deletion requirements and applies to accounts created in the Billion Markets mobile app or website.

What gets deleted

• Profile details (name, username, email, phone, and address book entries)
• Login credentials and session tokens
• KYC / identity verification files linked to your account
• App preferences, notifications, and device identifiers tied to your profile

What may be retained

• Transaction, investment, deposit, and withdrawal records required for audit and compliance
• Fraud-prevention and dispute records for up to 90 days, or longer where law requires
• Anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably identify you

Processing time

Most deletion requests are completed within 7–30 days after identity verification. If you have an open balance, pending investment, or unresolved withdrawal, our support team may contact you before completing deletion.
