Refund Policy

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. This Refund Policy explains when Billion Markets can and cannot assist with refunds or corrections.
1. Crypto deposits
- Confirmed on-chain transfers to a published deposit address cannot usually be reversed.
- Sending the wrong asset, network, or amount may result in permanent loss.
- If a deposit fails automated matching, contact support with your transaction ID for review.
2. Investments
- Once an investment is confirmed and running under its project rules, it is not treated as a retail "return for refund" purchase.
- Early exit, if offered for a specific product, follows that product's stated terms.
3. Duplicate or erroneous payments
If you believe you paid twice or submitted an incorrect transaction ID, email [email protected] with proof of payment. Reviews are handled case by case and may take several business days.
